Research

This page contains links to research studies, conference papers and other academic materials that have been published around the subjects of origami, and blind and/or visually impaired people. If you would like to add any links to this page, please contact us via the Contact Form on the main page of this site.

Also, if you are interested in any type of research within this field, we would love to hear from you. Since our main aim is to promote origami as a craft and an art form that will be accessible to those unable to use visual instructions, we are interested in collaboration with those working in the fields of computer science, maths and geometry, the arts, languages, special and general education, engineering - and any fields     remotely related to the above.

Keep in mind that we are origami enthusiasts from different countries and we are not affiliated to any national or international organization/s.

Please also note that the links below are just a few of the studies we could find doing a superficial search. We have no affiliation or further knowledge with regard to the institutions/authors of the studies. So, for any further information, please use the contact details listed on each individual website/page.
